1. Introduction
This Accessibility and Usability Declaration was created with the assistance of the WAI-Tools PT Generator v1.5, developed under the WAI-Tools project, of which the Portuguese Agency for Administrative Modernization (AMA) is a member.



This Declaration has been prepared in accordance with Decree-Law No. 82/2022 of 6 December, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act).



2. Compliance status
The E-goi App website is partially compliant with the requirements established by Decree-Law No. 82/2022 of 6 December.

3. Preparation of this accessibility and usability statement
This Declaration follows the evaluation and monitoring procedures recommended by applicable digital accessibility standards, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 82/2022 of 6 December. The following assessments have been carried out.



A) Automated evaluations carried out



(2025-09-25). Report: Web Accessibility Practices Report (W3C WCAG 2.1)



- Tool used: Access Monitor

- Sample: 5 pages.

- Main results (summary): Across 134 pages, a score of 8 was achieved on the AccessMonitor scale (1–10). 90% of the pages passed the Level A test suite; 30% passed Level AA tests.



B) Manual evaluations carried out



The website has not yet been subject to a manual accessibility evaluation.



C) Usability testing with persons with disabilities



The website has not yet undergone usability testing with users with disabilities.

At the time of preparing this Declaration, E-goi has not provided any additional evidence or undertaken further actions to ensure full conformity of its website with the accessibility requirements established in Decree-Law No. 82/2022 of 6 December.



6. Reporting discrimination situations
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 82/2022 of 6 December and Law No. 46/2006 of 28 August, any person with a disability who believes they have been adversely affected by a lack of accessibility to digital products or services may file a complaint with the competent regulatory authorities or the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs (Direção-Geral do Consumidor).



Complaints may also be submitted to the National Institute for Rehabilitation (Instituto Nacional para a Reabilitação – INR, I.P.), which will forward them to the competent authorities, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
